My experience with having Alex's A/C install a complete new heat/cooling was fantastic. From the beginning with Troy...to the actual installation, the working crew, under Brandon's supervision went like clockwork. They showed up on time each day & worked diligently to complete. They were courteous, well-trimmed, and left no trash behind. Thank you.

When I first started using Alex's AC, you were recommended by a friend. I have not been disappointed-ever. When the crew arrived to install our new evaprotaor coil, the entire group was smiling & ready to go! Troy answered all my questions and the crew got to work. They hurried around-always with a smile. The job was done earlier than I thought, which was great. Jose, a gentleman that appeared to be the work crew's leader, was ESPECIALLY kind & gracious. He took the time to go back up into the attic & pour bleach where it needed to go. He made me feel at ease that everything was done, done well & complete. In today's world KINDNESS isn't always the chosen path. Congratulations Mr. Alex's AC, your people-Val-Troy-Michael Parker-Jose-crew workers-all choose kindness.
